Cathy Boddington, in her youth, was fortunate to spend summers on Georgian Bay where she developed an early passion for the protection of water, fisheries and all things environmental. She graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology (Toronto, ON) with a Resources Engineering Technologist Diploma followed by a CET designation.

Before moving out west Cathy spent 10 years working as a Geomatics/CADD Technician/Water Sampling Tech for PLANSCAPE and Michalski Neilsen Associates (MNAL) in Bracebridge, ON. In her current position as Project Coordinator, City of Chestermere, Cathy participates in the building of collaborative and cohesive interdependent teams to achieve departmental objectives and successful completion of capital projects. This includes all aspects of project management from initiation through to closeout processes.
